These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dm-free.com and the DM Free program. By using this website or purchasing a DM Free program or trial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the program.

DM Free is a lifestyle and wellness program that provides educational content, personalized nutrition and exercise suggestions, optional nutritional supplements, and coaching support for people managing type 2 diabetes. DM Free is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The program is not a substitute for care from your doctor. We work alongside your doctor, never instead of them. Never start, stop, or change any medication without the guidance of your doctor.
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results will vary from person to person.
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to purchase or participate in the DM Free program.
Participation in the program requires your active involvement. Every DM Free member agrees to stay under the care of their physician, log their blood sugar daily, follow their food and supplement plan, complete the recommended exercise, and keep their doctor informed about their participation in the program.
The seven day trial is a one time purchase of $7. It includes starter supplements shipped to you, access to the DM Free community, daily vitals tracking, and daily videos and tips for seven days. The trial is not a subscription. There are no automatic charges and nothing renews when the trial ends. Continuing with the full program afterward is a separate decision and a separate purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Prices are shown in US dollars.
The $7 trial is a one time, non refundable purchase, as stated at checkout. Any other purchase from DM Free will state its own price and refund terms at the time of purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it.
The nutritional supplements are an optional component of the program. Review the ingredients, consult your doctor before taking any supplement, and stop taking a supplement and contact your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction. Contact us with any ingredient questions before purchasing.
The content of this website and the program materials, including text, images, videos, and plans, belong to DM Free LLC and are provided for your personal, non commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute program materials without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or the program, including attempting to access accounts or systems that are not yours, scraping or harvesting content or data, impersonating others, or using the site in any way that violates applicable law.
The website and the program are provided as is and as available. While many of our customers report meaningful improvements, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific health outcome. Your results depend on many factors, including your participation and your individual health situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM Free LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the program, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to DM Free LLC in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site or the program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
